We know that you are concerned about how your information is used and shared, so we created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the safety of your personal information.

1. Types of Information We Collect

   While you visit this site, we collect various types of information. Here are the types of information we gather:

   1. Personally Identifiable Information You Provide Us

      Personally identifiable information ("PII") is data that can be used to identify a specific individual. When you register at our site, log in, request site services, or place an order, we will ask you to provide relevant information. This includes your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, username and password, and this PII is recorded in your account. When you purchase products, we will also ask for credit card information, the products ordered, and where the products should be delivered. If the delivery name or address is different from your billing address we may set up a separate account with that information.

   2. Personally Identifiable Information from Others

      PII that you provide to our sites is stored in a shared central database that collects information from all of our sites and from sister corporations. This information may be combined.

   3. Anonymous Information Collected through Cookies

      Our sites use cookie technology. Cookies are bits of information that a site sends to your computer while you are using the site. They are used to recognize the computer you use when you visit our site, and to enhance your shopping experience. Cookies enable us to serve pages in the form most usable by your computer system and to remember your shopping cart contents and make it available when you return to our site. You can turn your cookies off, but you won't be able to use many features on the site.

      When you visit our site from a link on another Web site, or in an ad or e-mail, a cookie will be placed on your computer, and if you make a purchase, information generated with that cookie may be provided to the referring Web site. The information provided to such Web sites does not include PII because it does not include any contact or information that the recipient could use to identify that you are the person involved in the transaction. This anonymous information will be sent even if you opt out from other types of information sharing.

   4. Anonymous Information Collected through Web Beacons

      Our sites use Web beacons. These are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of sites. We use Web beacons to analyze the traffic patterns on our sites, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of our sites. Web beacons involve the transmission of information either directly to us or to another party authorized by us to collect information on our behalf. Information collected on our sites with Web beacons does not contain PII.

      We also use Web beacons in e-mails that we send our customers to determine whether customers have opened those emails and/or clicked on links in those emails. These Web Beacons may contain an anonymous customer code that we can link to PII in your account, but we do not permit the third parties that provide services with Web beacons to access your PII.

2. Uses of Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
   1. Our Use

      We use the PII you provide us to create and maintain your account, manage requests that you send us, and process your orders and returns. We also use it to provide services that you request, including the gift reminder service, product reviews and e-mail a friend. We use it so we can improve the Web sites, including tailoring them to your preferences. We will use your PII to contact you via e-mail about your orders, and will use e-mail, telephone or postal mail to respond to your questions and alert you if we become aware of a safety issue with a product you have purchased. Subject to your do-not-mail and do-not-e-mail instructions, we may use your e-mail address and postal address to advise you of products and services that may interest you. We will not use your telephone number for promotional purposes.

   2. Use by Merchant Partners

      When you place an order, we will transmit it to a Merchant Partner for fulfillment. Merchant Partners are entities that make or ship the products we sell. Merchant Partners may collect this transaction information and use it for marketing purposes, including sending you promotional notices and offers via e-mail and postal mail. By ordering a product of a Merchant Partner, you will become a customer of that Merchant Partner.

   3. Use by Related Companies

      Your account information is maintained in a central database that we share with our sites and related companies, some of which are Merchant Partners. When you make purchases from any of them, the transaction information is placed into this shared account with an identifier that lets us know which business made the sale. Any of these related businesses may use your PII and account history information to notify you of products or services that might interest you. We record your do-not-call and do-not-mail preferences in this central database, and these preferences are honored by all of these related businesses.

   4. Other Companies

      We share certain PII that we regard as non-sensitive with selected third parties, such as mailing list brokers and database marketers. These entities may collect and use the information alone or in combination with customer information supplied by other companies, and use or share it with other companies for marketing purposes in the form of mailing lists. Our contracts with such third parties prohibit them from using or permitting use of the information we provide beyond the uses that we authorize, and require that they honor our customers' do-not-call, do-not-mail, and do-not-email requests when our information is used. We occasionally do list exchanges in which we provide mailing lists containing certain customer name and contact information to third parties in exchange for mailing lists with such information concerning the other company's customers. From time to time we may use your account information to send you offers that may interest you on behalf of third parties. If you respond to a third party offer you receive from us or from a company that has used a mailing list generated from our customer information, you will become that business' customer and the PII you voluntarily submit to it will be subject to that company's privacy policy, not ours.

3. Other Notices about Personally Identifiable Information

   We release PII and other account information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our site, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection, collecting unpaid purchase balances, and reducing credit risks. This protects you from price increases related to uncollected debt.

   As we continue to develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses and assets, including customer account information.

4. Your Choices about the Uses of your Personally Identifiable Information

   Certain responses to your orders, such as acknowledging receipt of your order, sending notice that products have been shipped to you, and informing you of out-of-stock situations, are generated automatically, and you cannot opt out of receiving them. If you prefer not to receive other e-mail or postal mail from us or other companies, you may use the contact us feature on our sites, or phone us Toll Free at 1-866-285-1151 to tell us about your preferences. It may take up to 10 days for your opt-out choices to take effect.

   Even if you opt out from receiving e-mail and postal mail, we must share information about your individual orders with our Merchant Partners and other outside companies on a confidential basis as needed to obtain approval to charge your credit card, to verify your address, and to deliver your orders.

   If you prefer not to receive e-mail or postal mail from our Merchant Partners, you must contact them directly.

5. Child Use

   Our shopping sites are designed for mature customers. We do not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under age 18.

6. Visit Us Often

   Our business changes constantly and our Privacy Policy will change accordingly. Your use of our Web sites constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and your consent to the practices it describes.
